It’s one of the biggest myths in real estate:

“I’ll wait until rates drop before I buy.”

If that’s your plan — it might actually cost you thousands in lost equity, appreciation, and opportunity.

Here’s the truth: the “perfect” market doesn’t exist. But the smartest buyers and investors know how to win in any market — especially right now, while competition is down and motivation is high.


1️⃣ Rates Are Temporary — Prices Are Permanent
